Rather than rushing into ticket sales cold, we needed to build trust, grow awareness, and convert at the right time.

    • Ran a UK-wide awareness campaign using the artist’s top-performing TikTok-style videos

    • Focused on engagement, watch time, and profile visits to build warm, high-intent audiences

    • Created custom audiences from these engagers and ran a second, conversion-focused sales campaign

    • Used simple, face-to-camera ads that echoed the tone and style fans already loved

    • Let the audience warm up first—then made the sale feel like a natural next step

    We didn’t go in for the hard sell straight away. This is a great example of how a two-step strategy can turn early buzz into real-world sales, especially for artists in the growth stage.

Video turned out to be the clear winner, and doubling down on top-performing copy angles made the entire funnel more efficient. This is now the blueprint for their global lead gen rollout.
